A Propour Summer

The crew has been busy forming up, laying it down and finishing to concrety goodness. Nick Upham, Tate Baker and newly acquired Propour Teammate Kean Fougere have been churning out beautiful work.

Here is a picture of Kean and his beauty of a father Lester Fougere. Also a picture of Kean whipping an interesting panel at the Liam Mathers All Wheel Park in Hubbards NS.

On May 30th Propour Concrete Services had a nice piece of press featured in the Chronicle Herald. Check it out to get a bit of insight on how Propour’s Owner Steve Hare got his start.

PCS has been finished the Liam Mathers All Wheel Park for over a month now. The park has seen a lot of use and seems to be getting positive feedback. The Propour Crew did an amazing job forming and pouring this small community park and hopes to be involved with any future additions to the park. PCS also hopes to help more communities make their dreams of a concrete skateboard park a reality.

Check out the video at the top of the post to see a local ripper getting a feel for the park.

PCS has done a few projects since finishing the skatepark in Hubbards. The one that seems to be garnering the most attention is steep driveway in Fox Point. The project proved to be challenging but rewarding task for the PCS team. Owners Guy and Kathy are very happy with the finished concrete and look forward to many years of structural integrity and durability.

Propour has been testing two interns for the PCS family.
Ebbit James and Cohen Dempsey are learning to trowel from the boys and seem to be catching on quite nicely.

A few floors here, a sidewalk, driveway or a set of steps there have been keeping us busy, but the Skatepark projects in the works are what are really exciting.

Stay posted for some upcoming news on some great projects coming out of Nova Scotia!

In the meantime get a load of the beautiful exposed aggregate stair set and walkway the boys built.
